Hi, I am Kathryn. I was part of an A.P. Moller - Maersk talent development programme for 2 years. Maersk was the perfect choice for me as it was the only company that allowed me to pursue an international assignment after only 2 years of my career. The programme has added immense value to me both professionally and personally. It has broadened my horizons and helped me develop a mature perspective on how a business unit as large as Maersk Line functions; there is so much more to learn and contribute. I have seen the programme evolve with each graduating group and it is exciting to see what the new Maersk Line Graduate Programme will offer those who wish to embark on an international career.
